As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for ECOOKING’s image and ensuring a unique and desirable brand expression globally. This involves driving the activation plan for ECOOKING by creating and executing 360-degree plans across all touchpoints, both locally and international expansion markets. Leading the Marketing team to achieve optimal expression of our brand vision will be a key aspect of your role.

The role reports directly to our CMO, Clémentine Lyngsø.


YOUR PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for the brand image across all touchpoints, securing an aligned and excellent brand expression:

  • Own the brand image, together with the team, securing amazing content across all touchpoints
  • Define yearly activation plans to support both innovation and hero products.
  • Strategize activation plans for DK, China, and new markets based on their maturity
  • Develop a strong 360 launch strategy for each campaign together with the team and the agencies – own the consumer journey (media, digital, trade-marketing merchandising, training, CRM, PR, events).
  • Work closely with Product Development on the claims for our portfolio
  • Secure corporate and product launch PR visibility together with external agency
  • Success will be measured by the awareness rate, the engagement and growth of the community, the price-quality index, and obviously sell out.

Responsible for structuring and implementing a clear content creation & campaign processes across functions

Responsible for the marketing budget allocated, but also supporting the CMO in the investment strategy and negotiation with suppliers.

Responsible for building the frame around the team to empower them and support their development – team of 8 people based in Bjert close to Kolding.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Has some years leadership experience.
  • Has a deep understanding of the consumer journey and 360 activations.
  • Has strong business acumen and understanding of beauty.
  • Is highly creative & has a pulse for trends while being strongly organised.
  • Has an ability to interact effectively and professionally with across departments.
  • Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to demonstrate ideas, concepts, and market findings.
  • Has a master’s degree in marketing or a related field preferred.
  • Is fluent in English and Danish.
  • Has a minimum of 10 years’ experience in the beauty industry, ideally in skincare marketing.
